we ditched vegas
and planned on moab
this weekend.... but
of course it rained.

so instead.
i cleaned.
i ran.

today was the last long run before the half marathon next week. i ran 9 miles-from up provo canyon to my house. let me tell you. provo canyon is beautiful. once i got out of the canyon it started raining. hard. i ran the last 4 miles in the pouring rain and my poor mother and sister road on their bikes beside me.

i promise im running.

we spent the rest of the day
shopping at ikea
grocery shopping at costco
and looking at apartments.
